Traveling through Zeeland is the recognizable and reliable transport brand for all travelers, with or without a municipal indication, in Zeeland. Traveling through Zeeland is an initiative of the 13 Zeeland municipalities and the Province of Zeeland. 

The direction and management of all transport operated under the brand name Traveling through Zeeland is carried out by Mobiliteitscentrale Zeeland B.V. 

Governance:

The fourteen Zeeland authorities have joined together in a joint arrangement. This is the joint arrangement Public Transport Zeeland. 

The joint arrangement Public Transport Zeeland has an executive board, consisting of three aldermen and the provincial executive member, and a general board, consisting of 13 aldermen and the provincial executive member. 

The joint arrangement is a 100% shareholder of Mobiliteitscentrale Zeeland B.V. Between the GR and the BV there is a client and contractor relationship in which the GR determines the administrative frameworks of the BV and supervises these.
