Did you lose something while travelling with Reizen door Zeeland? For example, your phone, bag, keys, or wallet? Found items are registered on iLost. You can easily check on iLost whether your item has been found.

What is iLost?

iLost is an online platform for lost and found items. Items that are found during a journey and handed in to us are listed on iLost.

Do you see your lost item listed? You can claim it through iLost. You will be asked a number of questions to prove that the item belongs to you. After that, you will receive information about how you can get your property back.

Is your item not listed yet?

It may take some time before a found item is handed in and registered on iLost. If your item is not listed yet, please check again later. If your lost item is still not on the list after five days, unfortunately, we have not found it.

Found something?

Did you find an item during your journey that does not belong to you? Please hand it in to the driver or a staff member. This will help us return the item to its owner as quickly as possible.
